Abdel “The Blade” Medjedoub, owner and founder of Gym Imperial Fitness Montreal, is a professional MMA fighter and former professional boxer. He has over 24 years of experience in practicing and teaching of martial arts. He started combat sports at the age of 12 in Europe and has never stopped since. Coming from a successful martial arts and sporting background Abdel understands what it takes to achieve your goal. He provides a personal, passionate and meticulous approach to ensure you maximize your results and enjoy the process! 

His vast experience in Canada and abroad has allowed him to master several disciplines of martial arts. He developed his expertise in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Olympic Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. Most recently he participated in the television show The Ultimate Fighter and the adventure does not stop here. He is now focused in the transmission of his knowledge and passion about fitness. Abdel is known for his dedication to helping his clients develop, grow and improve both physically and mentally through progression in martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness training. He now offers private lessons in strength and conditioning, martial arts, and self-defense. I pride myself in listening to what my clients want and understanding that my time with each person is personal. My motto is, “The obstacles that we face are there to teach us, so we don’t repeat them again.”

Argiris Vamvas was into fitness his entire life. At the age of 5 years old he started practicing Karate and was later on introduced to weight training by his father at the age of 12 years old. He also practiced mixed martial arts such as Olympic wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Ju-jitsu, Muay Thai and boxing for over 15 years.

At 21 years old Argiris discovered his true passion for bodybuilding. He competed in the Classic Physique Division which concentrates on extreme leanness, mass, symmetry and an aesthetic physique. Within 2 years of consistent weight training and dieting, he won his professional card in the Musclemania Classic Physique as a Natural Professional Bodybuilder and then did his first professional show becoming a Musclemania World Finalist in Las Vegas.

After becoming a certified personal trainer in 2016 Argiris wants to share his passion with others. He became a skillful fitness and body transformation coach. He successfully changed the lives of numerous clients with customized program routines, nutritional guidance and private training by increasing their strength and muscle mass, losing body fat and promote an overall healthier fitness lifestyle.

Helping his clients achieve their goal is just as important as improving his own. He believes that he is responsible for changing the fitness level and wellness of his clients because it is not just an obligation but a passion to do so.

This weightloss journey has brought her to get more interested in bodybuilding, which led her to compete for the first time in 2013.
14 prizes later, with a scientific certification obtain through Ataraxia in Montreal, she made her coaching passion a mission to help as many women and men possible to explore and reach a more sustainable lifestyle. Through healthy eating, strenght and physical abilities.
The journey to fitness is not a race.
Indulgence ,patience, accountability and discipline are the most important keys that represents her type of guidance.

With a past with eating disorder and mental health, fitness as been an important anchor in her remission and everyday lifestyle. A personal experience that helps her practice empathy and compassion.

Very enthousiast and connected to nature, Luchida wants to inspire clients to aspire to a more holistic lifestyle of their choice.

She will guide you in reaching your goals to discover your full potential and help you make considerable choices to change your lifestyle.

For her, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. She loves helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. She makes it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

At the age of 16, a friend of his brought him to the gym and from that day it sparked an interest into the world of fitness.

Throughout his years of training, he discovered the tremendous benefits of strength training.

He then eventually decided to get serious and get certified.

One day he came across a Bruce lee book and it emphasized the importance of having a strong core.

That’s when he decided to take a different approach to focus more on core training and at the same time started to practice wing Chun kung fu. He then realized core is the foundation of everything.

Malcolm likes helping people tap into their hidden potential, showing them how to unlock that inner strength that we all have.

While at the same time building self-confidence.

He truly believes fitness is a lifestyle that we can all benefit from and with his expertise and guidance he will help you reach those goals.
